Products are delivered across Europe and the United Kingdom. Our company uses the services of private carriers such as La Poste, Cainiao, and Colis Privé to ensure timely deliveries.
The contractual delivery time stated on our website is 30 days, in accordance with Article L. 216-1 of the Consumer Code. Once your order is confirmed, the package is generally shipped within 48 hours of payment. Once the order is dispatched, the average delivery time observed is between 5 and 7 business days.
In case the delivery exceeds 30 days, the customer may, according to Article L. 216-2, request either:
• A full refund of the product
• A replacement of the product
If the package arrives after 30 days and you have requested a full refund or product replacement, the return shipping costs for the original item will be covered by our company.
If the package is delivered damaged, it is recommended to report any damage to the carrier within 3 business days, in accordance with Article L. 133-3 of the Commercial Code.
